How Is ICSI( Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection ) Performed?

There are basically five simple steps to ICSI which include the following:

• 1. The mature egg is held with a specialized pipette.
• 2. Maklers’ chamber
• 3. Reme centrifuge 2x2 laminar flow for pure air for semen processing.
• 4. Spermfuge for maintaining temperature at 37 degree Celsius.
• 5. Cryopreservation of semen.
• 6. Mechanical vibrator for ejaculatory failures.
